Data Analytics Continuum

ICATT is prepared to deploy a culturally diverse team of consultants and subject matter experts to engage in organizational cultural transformation engagements.

In this context, the umbrella of data analytics includes data mining, predictive analysis, machine learning and optimization. Data analytics will be executed in a continuum using the Evidence Based Framework. Using the Evidence Based Framework satisfies the requirements outlined in the white House Memorandum mandating Restoring Trust in Government the Through Scientific Integrity and Evidence-Based Policymaking. (January 2021). The phased continuum of the EBMgt framework is as follows: 

Asking: framing questions related to job skills to designing competencies.   

Acquitting: migrating data from systems and incorporating SMEs and stakeholders and structuring the data for analysis.

Appraising: appraising the relevance quality of the data acquired

Aggregating: conducting analysis using data analytics software to tell the story

Applying: make recommendations and identify “WIIFM”.

Assessing: evaluating outcomes (creating additional data for analysis) 

 

The suite of data analytics software applications has been narrowed to 10 choices based on their ability to Execute: Ad hoc reporting, Benchmarking, Dashboards, Key Performance Indicators, Strategic Planning and Visual Analytics.  Although the evaluation of a software package is ongoing, the final decision on a software package will be made post award.
