Here are some examples of L&D programs.
- Instructional Design Services – ICATT Team’s DNA is instructional system design. We use agile instructional design methodology to allow rapid development and to produce high quality courseware.
- Self-Paced E-Learning Development – ICATT blends instructional design principles, educational technology, testing methodology and the psychology of learning to produce a highly engaging and self-paced course. Learning at your own speed and on your own time are two of the primary benefits to this learning approach.
- Conversion of In-Person Training to Online Training Program – ICATT re-imagines in-person and instructor-led training into an online program, which may include producing a blended learning or a fully online learning program. Moving your classroom programs online changes the delivery method, but it doesn’t change the desired learning outcomes. It’s still important for participants to learn and apply new skills.
- Develop Remote Training Program- ICATT considers subject matter, learning engagement methods and the remote learning platform to create an engaging remote training program. In today’s global workplace, employees are scattered across cities, countries and even continents.
